Housekeeping Supervisor — Artisan Boutique / Cultural Hotel

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping team in culturally focused boutique property
• Ensure artisan décor and cultural objects are handled with appropriate care
• Coordinate room preparation for cultural programming events — cooking classes, mezcal tastings, artisan demonstrations in property
• Manage seasonal demands — Día de los Muertos and Guelaguetza periods require elevated housekeeping coordination
• Train team on Oaxacan boutique standards and cultural property protocols
• Handle guest preferences for culturally themed room experiences

Requirements

• 2–4 years housekeeping experience including supervisory capacity
• Personal engagement with Oaxacan culture — mezcal, food, craft heritage
• Organized for event-period housekeeping coordination
• English helpful for international guest base
