Housekeeping Supervisor — Condotel / Vacation Rental Operation

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team for condotel or vacation rental complex
• Manage unit turnover scheduling — coordinating check-out cleaning with incoming guest arrivals
• Inspect all units before guest check-in
• Manage linen and amenity inventory across unit complex
• Coordinate with property management on maintenance and unit readiness
• Train attendants on turnover procedures and unit standards
• Handle guest complaints regarding unit cleanliness

Requirements

• 2–4 years housekeeping experience including supervisory capacity
• Understanding of vacation rental and condotel turnover operations — tighter timelines than traditional hotel
• Organizational skill for multi-unit scheduling
• Reliable and self-directed
