Responsibilities

• Supervise small housekeeping team in Romantic Zone boutique property
• Conduct personal room inspections for all rooms — boutique scale allows direct quality control
• Apply higher presentation standard — special occasion setups, guest preference management
• Coordinate with front desk on repeat guest housekeeping preferences
• Manage linen quality and amenity levels
• Train attendants to boutique presentation standard

Requirements

• 2–4 years housekeeping experience including supervisory capacity
• High personal room presentation standard
• Hands-on management style appropriate to boutique scale
• English useful for Romantic Zone international guest base
