Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of 12–20 room attendants across assigned floors
• Inspect completed rooms before release to front desk
• Assign daily room lists to attendants based on occupancy and priorities
• Train new attendants on PV hotel housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with front desk on rush rooms, VIP arrivals, and early check-in requests
• Manage attendant productivity and address performance issues constructively
• Report maintenance findings to engineering
• Handle guest housekeeping complaints and resolve promptly
• Conduct quality audits with coaching follow-up

Requirements

• 3–4 years hotel housekeeping experience including supervisory capacity
• Familiarity with Puerto Vallarta resort housekeeping standards
• Leadership ability for team management
• Organized for daily room assignment coordination
• Basic English for VIP and guest complaint handling
