Work environment

Boutique hotel or hacienda housekeeping in San Miguel de Allende. Managing a team in a colonial property with rooftop Parroquia views, bougainvillea courtyards, and wedding-weekend peaks is one of the most characterful supervisory roles in Mexican hospitality.

About the role

The quality architect of the San Miguel stay. A guest who has traveled from New York or Chicago to spend four nights in a San Miguel hacienda has carried significant expectations across borders. The housekeeping supervisor who ensures every room meets those expectations — who manages the team, inspects every room, handles the bridal suite personally — is the person whose work either confirms or disappoints that investment. Getting it right, every time, is the entire job.
