Housekeeping Supervisor — Wedding Hacienda

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team through wedding weekend operations — the highest-intensity housekeeping coordination in SMA
• Manage bridal suite and VIP room preparation to highest standard
• Coordinate group arrival housekeeping — managing 30–50 rooms arriving in compressed window
• Supervise event space preparation — ceremony area, reception terrace, dining courtyard cleanliness
• Handle wedding day cleaning schedule — maintaining property cleanliness through a full event day
• Train team on wedding property standards and guest interaction protocols
• Manage post-event deep cleaning and next-day turnaround

Requirements

• 3–5 years hotel housekeeping experience including supervisory capacity
• Specific experience with event or wedding hotel housekeeping preferred
• Leadership under pressure — wedding weekends are operationally intense
• Organized for group arrival and event coordination
• English for North American wedding guest interactions
