Housekeeping Supervisor — Eco-Lodge

Responsibilities

• Supervise eco-lodge housekeeping team — room attendants and public area cleaners
• Inspect completed palapas and eco-rooms using eco-lodge quality standards — natural linen presentation, organic amenity arrangement, natural surface cleanliness
• Assign rooms using eco-property rotation and guest preference documentation
• Train attendants on eco-lodge specific protocols — biodegradable product use, natural fiber handling, composting system support
• Coordinate with eco-lodge management on guest wellness preferences and special setups
• Manage linen and organic amenity inventory
• Handle guest housekeeping requests in keeping with Tulum's low-intervention philosophy

Requirements

• 3–4 years hotel housekeeping experience including supervisory capacity
• Genuine personal alignment with eco-lifestyle values — Tulum eco-lodges expect this from supervisory staff
• Leadership of a team working in unconventional jungle conditions
• Aesthetic sensibility appropriate to Tulum's design-forward boutique market
• English — useful for Tulum's international management and guest environment
