Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and press hotel linen and restaurant items
• Process guest laundry requests accurately
• Operate hotel laundry equipment
• Handle heat-appropriate fabric care — cotton and linen dominate Mérida's hotel inventory
• Identify damaged linen for replacement
• Maintain equipment and safety

Requirements

• Previous laundry or cleaning experience helpful
• Physical stamina in heat — Mérida's laundry room is warm even with ventilation
• Organized with guest item tracking
• Reliable
