Laundry Attendant / Lavandero

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and press hotel linen, towels, and F&B items
• Operate commercial laundry equipment — industrial washers, dryers, flatwork ironers, pressing stations
• Process guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests accurately — CDMX business hotels have high guest laundry volume
• Sort and track linen by department — housekeeping, restaurant, spa, bar
• Identify damaged or worn linen and flag for supervisor
• Maintain laundry room equipment and safety standards
• Meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous laundry or back-of-house experience helpful
• Physical stamina — industrial laundry is physically demanding
• Accuracy with guest garment labeling and return
• Reliable and organized
