About the role
The precision behind the pressed shirt. A corporate executive in Polanco who sends a suit to guest laundry and receives it back perfectly pressed, on time, correctly labeled — experienced the hotel's laundry attendant's work without ever seeing the person who did it. That invisible precision is the standard the role requires.
