Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and press hotel linen and F&B items — tablecloths, napkins, and room linen all to quality standard
• Handle high-volume turnaround during wedding weekends — event linen requires fast cycle times
• Process guest laundry requests — SMA's North American guests use hotel laundry consistently
• Press formal garments accurately — shirts, blouses, wedding-adjacent attire
• Maintain laundry equipment and safety standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping on linen urgency during wedding peak days

Requirements

• Previous laundry experience helpful
• Ability to handle peak wedding weekend workload efficiently
• Pressing accuracy for formal garment care
• Physical stamina
• Reliable and organized
