Work environment
Hotel public areas in Mexico City. CDMX hotels are busy, multi-purpose buildings — lobbies serve as check-in, meeting point, restaurant access, and bar entry simultaneously. The public area cleaner maintains all of it throughout the day.
About the role
The invisible standard in a city that notices. Mexico City business travelers and hotel guests are sophisticated consumers who notice when a lobby looks immaculate and notice immediately when it doesn't. The public area cleaner who maintains that standard quietly, professionally, and continuously — in full view of dozens of passing guests — is doing skilled work under constant evaluation.
