Eco-Property Grounds & Path Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Maintain jungle paths and property grounds — clearing natural debris, maintaining stone walkways
• Clean cenote access areas and surrounding vegetation
• Maintain outdoor yoga and meditation platforms
• Empty compost and waste stations throughout property
• Coordinate with gardening staff on grounds presentation

Work environment

Eco-lodge grounds in Tulum jungle zone. The work is largely outdoor, in natural light, within a jungle and coastal environment.

About the role

The careful hand that keeps the jungle accessible. A Tulum guest who walks at night along a candlelit stone path to the cenote, through cleared jungle vegetation with natural sounds all around — had that path prepared for them. The grounds cleaner who maintains it does so almost invisibly, preserving the impression that the jungle is simply like this.
