Work environment
Eco-lodge outdoor common areas in Tulum. Working in a jungle environment — stone paths, thatched roofs, cenote proximity, natural light — is unlike any other public area cleaning role in Mexico.
About the role
Maintaining the natural while keeping it clean. Tulum's eco-lodge guests want to feel they are in the jungle — they do not want to feel they are in a scrubbed, chemically cleaned hotel that happens to be surrounded by trees. The public area cleaner who keeps the paths clear of debris, the wooden loungers clean, and the common areas fresh — without imposing the feel of a conventional hotel cleaning operation — is maintaining exactly the balance the destination requires.
