Room Attendant — Boutique Hotel

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms in boutique property — typically 8–12 rooms per shift
• Apply higher detail standard than large resort — boutique guests notice everything
• Perform detailed bathroom cleaning, bed presentation, and room styling
• Restock all room consumables and personal amenities
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Communicate directly with front desk on room status

Requirements

• 1–2 years hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• High attention to detail — boutique properties hold room attendants to a more exacting standard than large resorts
• Physical stamina
• Reliable, professional, and discreet
