Villa Housekeeper / Private Villa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean luxury private villa to hotel standard — full property including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor terraces, pool area
• Coordinate villa arrival preparation — fresh flowers, welcome amenities, pre-arrival checklist
• Manage villa linen and towel service to resort quality
• Restock villa kitchen and consumables per guest preferences
• Handle special occasion setups — private chef arrival preparation, celebration arrangements, romantic setups
• Coordinate with villa concierge on UHNW guest preferences and special requests
• Maintain villa inventory and coordinate maintenance

Requirements

• 3–4 years luxury hotel or private villa housekeeping experience
• Absolute reliability — luxury villa guests have zero tolerance for housekeeping shortfalls
• Discretion with ultra-high-net-worth guests and their personal property
• Independence and self-direction — villa housekeeping requires working without daily supervision
