Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standard — typically 12–16 rooms per shift
  • Strip and remake beds with hotel linen to exact specification
  • Full bathroom cleaning — toilet, shower or tub, sink, mirrors, floor
  • Restock minibar and room consumables — towels, toiletries, coffee, water
  • Report maintenance issues and room damage via housekeeping system
  • Complete turndown service where applicable
  • Follow CDMX hotel housekeeping protocols and chemical handling procedures

Requirements

  • Previous hotel or domestic cleaning experience helpful
  • Physical stamina — CDMX hotels are often multi-storey buildings with room trolleys
  • Detail orientation — consistent cleanliness every day across every room
  • Reliable attendance
