Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standard — typically 12–16 rooms per shift
- Strip and remake beds with hotel linen to exact specification
- Full bathroom cleaning — toilet, shower or tub, sink, mirrors, floor
- Restock minibar and room consumables — towels, toiletries, coffee, water
- Report maintenance issues and room damage via housekeeping system
- Complete turndown service where applicable
- Follow CDMX hotel housekeeping protocols and chemical handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous hotel or domestic cleaning experience helpful
- Physical stamina — CDMX hotels are often multi-storey buildings with room trolleys
- Detail orientation — consistent cleanliness every day across every room
- Reliable attendance
