Room Attendant / Camarista — Boutique Hotel

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to boutique colonial standard — typically 8–12 rooms per shift
• Apply careful handling to Oaxacan artisan furnishings — Zapotec textiles, black clay pottery, carved wood
• Strip and remake beds with hotel linen specification
• Full bathroom cleaning and restocking — often with Oaxacan handmade soap and natural toiletries
• Restock room amenities — mezcal welcome miniatures, regional products, artisan touches
• Report maintenance issues — colonial properties require attentive damage monitoring
• Maintain courtyard and corridor presentation areas

Requirements

• Previous hotel or domestic cleaning experience helpful
• Respect and care for artisan items and heritage furnishings
