Responsibilities

• Clean and turn over condotel or vacation rental units between guest stays
• Full unit cleaning — all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor areas
• Manage linen changeover and laundry coordination
• Restock unit provisions and consumables on turnover
• Report unit maintenance issues to property manager
• Prepare welcome setup for incoming guests

Requirements

• 1–2 years housekeeping or cleaning experience

• Independent working ability
