Housekeeper — Wedding Hotel / Hacienda

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms during wedding weekends — managing 20–50 rooms across a multi-day event
• Handle bridal suite preparation to highest standard — fresh flowers, welcome amenity, special turndown
• Coordinate room readiness for large wedding party arrivals
• Process high-volume same-day room turnovers during checkout/check-in transitions
• Handle special occasion room setups for all celebration rooms — honeymoon, anniversary, VIP guests
• Maintain hacienda common areas during wedding events — corridors, courtyard, terraces

Requirements

• 1–2 years hotel housekeeping experience
• Ability to manage high-volume output during wedding weekend peaks
• Detail orientation for bridal suite and VIP room presentation
• Composure during the organized complexity of wedding weekend operations
• Basic English — wedding guests are predominantly North American
