Villa Housekeeper / Boutique Property Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain boutique hotel suites or private villa to high presentation standard
• Manage natural and organic product-based cleaning protocols
• Handle special occasion room setups — flower arrangements, candle placement, wellness welcome amenities
• Maintain villa or suite outdoor areas — terrace, pool deck, garden paths
• Coordinate with villa manager or property team on guest preferences and arrival preparation
• Manage linen and towel quality standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years hotel or villa housekeeping experience
• Comfort with eco/natural product cleaning methods
• Higher independence than standard hotel room attendant
• Discretion with Tulum's privacy-conscious high-end guest profile
