Commis Chef — Italian Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Assist all stations in Italian kitchen brigade
• Execute daily prep — vegetable preparation, pasta dough assistance, mise en place
• Learn Italian kitchen techniques under direction of Chef de Partie
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and storage organization

Requirements

• Culinary school background or strong interest in Italian cuisine
• Eagerness to learn — commis position is about development
• Reliability and professional attitude
