Banquet Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support hotel banquet kitchen during large event productions
• Assist with large-scale food preparation — salad batching, appetizer plating, entrée portioning
• Transport food from banquet kitchen to service areas
• Assist with post-event breakdown and cleaning
• Support stewarding team with equipment cleaning during multi-course banquet service
• Follow banquet production timeline managed by banquet chef

Requirements

• Event kitchen experience or eagerness to learn
• Physical stamina for long banquet shifts
• Team coordination ability
