Food Runner – Event Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Run plates during large event and convention center restaurant service
• Coordinate with event expediter during large-format service — 200+ covers is standard at GDL convention events
• Maintain professional presentation during extended service periods
• Assist service team with table maintenance
• Support plate clearing and course transitions
• Communicate with kitchen on event timing

Requirements

• Stamina for extended service periods — Expo Guadalajara events run long
• Physical pace managing large floor sections
• Professional manner and presentation
• Spanish; English helpful for international convention clientele
