Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize hotel kitchen deliveries — Jaliscan regional produce alongside national and international supply
• Transport ingredients to kitchen stations
• Maintain organized walk-in refrigerators and dry storage
• Clear kitchen waste during service
• Support kitchen team with physical logistics
• Assist stewarding team during large banquet events
