Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment during restaurant service
- Wash clay pots, cazuelas, and traditional cooking vessels common in Jaliscan cuisine — careful handling required
- Maintain kitchen back-of-house cleanliness
- Manage pot washing for birria kettles, pozole pots, and other large cooking vessels
- Support kitchen team with cleaning during high-volume Sunday service — GDL restaurant culture peaks on Sundays
Requirements
- No experience required
- Care with traditional clay cookware — cazuelas and clay pots are breakable and culturally significant
- Physical stamina
