Banquet Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support banquet kitchen production for resort's large events
• Assist with mass food preparation — salad batching, plating line work, food transport
• Maintain equipment and service vessel cleanliness during banquet events
• Work within banquet team of 10–30 kitchen staff during large events
• Assist with post-event kitchen breakdown
• Support food transport between banquet kitchen and event terrace locations

Requirements

• Event kitchen experience or strong willingness to learn banquet production pace
• Physical stamina — banquet kitchen shifts can be 12–16 hours for large events
• Team coordination — banquet kitchens require close coordination across a large team
