Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Run finished plates between kitchen pass and guest tables
• Manage timing and coordination between expediter and service team
• Present dishes to guests with correct plate placement and dish description
• Communicate any service issues to floor manager immediately
• Support server with beverage refills and additional guest needs
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements

• Physical pace during service
• English proficiency — Los Cabos's guest base is predominantly English-speaking American and Canadian
• Professional presentation — Los Cabos luxury dining standard
• Positive and composed under pressure
