Responsibilities

• Manage receiving area — receive deliveries, check temperature compliance, organize storage
• Transport food and beverage inventory throughout large resort property
• Maintain cold room and dry storage organization
• Support kitchen team with physical logistics
• Clear and organize kitchen waste
• Assist with supplier coordination
