Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize hotel kitchen deliveries — including deliveries from Mérida's Mercado Lucas de Gálvez
• Transport ingredients between storage and kitchen
• Maintain organized cold storage in Mérida's heat — temperature compliance is critical
• Clear kitchen waste
• Support kitchen team logistics during service
• Assist with breakfast buffet setup transport

Requirements

• Basic literacy for delivery documentation
• Physical fitness in heat — Mérida's ambient temperature makes physical work more demanding
• Reliability and punctuality
