Responsibilities

• Run plates from kitchen pass to tables
• Coordinate with kitchen expo and floor servers
• Confirm table and seat numbers
• Assist with plate clearing and table reset
• Support servers with bread service and water refills
• Maintain professional presentation during service

Requirements

• Physical pace and stamina — Playa restaurants run long service
• Basic English for international guests
• Positive customer-facing manner
