Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize hotel kitchen deliveries
• Maintain walk-in refrigerator and dry storage organization
• Transport supplies between storage and kitchen stations
• Clear kitchen waste during service
• Assist kitchen team with physical logistics
• Support steward team during large breakfast buffet service
