Event Kitchen Assistant — Wedding and Events

Responsibilities

• Support event kitchen team during Puerto Vallarta's large wedding and event productions
• Assist with large-scale food preparation — salad batching, appetizer prep, buffet production
• Maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness during and between event shifts
• Transport food and equipment between kitchen and event venue areas
• Assist with post-event kitchen breakdown and deep clean
• Support stewarding team during large banquet events

Requirements

• Event kitchen experience or eagerness to learn fast-paced event production
• Physical stamina — event kitchen service involves long hours and physical demands
• Flexibility with schedule — Puerto Vallarta's event calendar is weekend and seasonal-heavy
