Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Run finished plates from kitchen pass to guest tables
• Work in coordination with expediter and floor servers
• Manage multi-table running efficiently — confirm table and seat numbers
• Communicate with kitchen and floor on timing and modifications
• Assist with bread service and water service
• Support table clearing and resetting during service

Requirements

• Physical pace during service
• Communication in Spanish and basic English — international tourist clientele is constant in Vallarta
• Professional presentation
• Positive guest-interaction manner
