Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities

• Manage food deliveries — receive, verify, and store incoming produce and supplies
• Transport heavy kitchen supplies between storage and kitchen
• Maintain walk-in refrigerator and dry storage organization
• Empty kitchen waste during service
• Keep kitchen walkways and receiving area clean
• Assist kitchen team with physical tasks during service preparation

Requirements

• Basic literacy for delivery documentation
• Physical fitness — carrying loads, cold storage environments
• Reliability and punctuality
