Event Kitchen Assistant — Wedding Season

Responsibilities

• Support event kitchen team during San Miguel's extensive destination wedding calendar
• Assist with large-format catering preparation — appetizer batching, passed food production, dinner plating
• Transport food from kitchen to event venues — rooftop terraces, hacienda gardens, colonial courtyards
• Maintain event kitchen equipment cleanliness during production
• Assist with post-wedding kitchen breakdown
• Support wedding cake transport and setup in coordination with pastry team

Requirements

• Event kitchen interest and eagerness to learn high-standard wedding catering
• Physical stamina for long event days — San Miguel weddings are elaborate multi-day affairs
• Reliability during weekend-heavy wedding season calendar
