Dishwasher / Steward

Responsibilities

• Operate eco-hotel dishwashing system — many Tulum eco-hotels use water-efficient or biodegradable soap-based systems
• Hand-wash natural material kitchen equipment — clay pots, wooden cutting boards, bamboo tools common in wellness kitchen
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness aligned with hotel's eco-standards
• Manage organic waste — composting is standard in Tulum eco-hotels
• Follow eco-hotel sanitation protocols
• Support kitchen team with cleaning and organization

Requirements

• No experience required
• Environmental awareness — Tulum's eco-kitchens expect waste sorting and composting compliance
• Physical stamina
• Flexibility with schedule — jungle hotel kitchens often run unconventional service timings
