Steward / Kitchen Cleaner — Beach Club

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishwashing and kitchen cleaning at Tulum beach club
• Manage high-volume lunch service cleaning
• Execute eco-compliant cleaning protocols — Tulum's proximity to cenote system requires environmentally conscious cleaning products
• Handle organic waste and composting program
• Support kitchen team with post-service cleanup
• Maintain beach club kitchen area aligned with eco-zone standards

Requirements

• Environmental awareness — Tulum's beach club zone is in an eco-park area with regulated cleaning products
• Physical stamina in outdoor beach environment
