Responsibilities

• Produce traditional Mexican pan dulce daily
• Execute conchas, cuernos, polvorones, orejas, and full pan dulce range
• Supply hotel Mexican breakfast buffet or panadería retail
• Execute seasonal pan dulce — pan de muerto, rosca de reyes
• Manage early morning production schedule

Requirements

• 2–4 years Mexican bakery experience
• Full pan dulce production skills
• Early morning schedule
