Parrillero / Grill Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage grill station for beach club or tourist grill restaurant
• Execute grilled seafood and meats — Caribbean fish, shrimp, lobster, arrachera, chicken
• Manage charcoal fire, cooking timing, and station mise en place
• Produce salsas, adobos, and marinades for grill station
• Coordinate with kitchen team during high-volume beach club service

Requirements

• 2–4 years grill station experience
• Seafood grilling mastery — fish and shrimp require very different fire management than meat
• Speed and stamina during outdoor beach club service in Caribbean heat
