Landscaper — Beach Club & Pool Areas

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool-deck planting: tropical grasses, palms, and decorative bromeliads in containers and in-ground beds adjacent to pool areas
• Keep beach access areas tidy: sand rake, palm frond removal after wind events, beachfront ornamental maintenance
• Manage container plant program on pool decks and restaurant terraces: watering schedule, fertilization, replacement when plants decline
• Maintain potted plant aesthetics — beach club guests spend hours directly adjacent to plantings; presentation standard is high
• Coordinate dead palm frond removal before they become safety issues or detract from aesthetics
• Apply preventive fungal treatments during humid season when moisture drives fungal disease in container ornamentals

Requirements

• Container plant care and irrigation knowledge
• Comfort working in direct beach/pool environment
• Physical ability for heavy container movement and sand-area maintenance
• Pesticide application certification or willingness to obtain
