Work environment
Multi-property group management role. Landscape leadership position covering several Hotel Zone properties with team coordination and direct management involvement.
About the role
Running landscape teams across multiple Cancún Hotel Zone properties requires the ability to hold a mental map of dozens of garden zones simultaneously — to know that the north garden needs the hurricane prep done this week, that the new heliconia bed at the sister property needs its second fertilizer application, and that the irrigation controller at the pool deck threw an alarm at 3am. It's a management role built on genuine horticultural knowledge.
