Work environment
Multi-property grounds leadership role in one of Mexico's most demanding luxury landscape environments. Technical and organizational position bridging the gardening team and hotel management.
About the role
Leading a landscape team in Los Cabos means managing the most water-efficient luxury hotel grounds in Mexico, with a plant palette that most landscapers from other parts of the country have never worked with at scale. The team lead who has mastered the desert toolkit — who can look at a stressed agave and diagnose the problem, who can deliver a post-hurricane landscaping recovery to guest-ready standard in 72 hours — is an irreplaceable technical resource in this market.
