Villa Gardens Landscaper — Private Villa Estate

Responsibilities

• Maintain private villa estate landscape: formal desert gardens, pool surrounds, terrace plantings, and access road border planting
• Care for mature specimen plants — large agave, established desert trees (palo verde, ironwood, blue fan palms), and mature bougainvillea installations
• Manage exterior container program: large ceramic and stone pots at villa entrance, terrace areas, and outdoor living spaces
• Pool deck maintenance: adjacent planting, palm cleaning, any potted tropical plants on the pool terrace
• Coordinate seasonal preparation for owner arrivals and departures — pre-arrival garden refresh is standard at villa properties
• Minor landscape maintenance reporting to estate manager — plant health updates, irrigation anomalies, storm damage

Requirements

• Experience with private residential or villa property landscaping
• Mature plant care — handling specimen-scale agave and established desert trees
• Dependable, discreet — private villa estate environment
• Basic reporting ability to estate manager
