Senior Hotel Landscaper — Business Hotel & Urban Gardens

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel grounds and exterior planting: formal entrance landscaping, car park border plantings, and hotel exterior beds to international brand standard
• Maintain rooftop or terrace green spaces: ornamental grass installations, urban garden beds, and container plant programs at upper levels
• Coordinate lobby and interior atrium plant program: large architectural planters requiring nutritional management, grow-light supplementation, and regular rotation
• Apply precision chemical inputs on a scheduled basis: fertilizers, systemic fungicide for indoor plants, and targeted outdoor pest control in brand-compliant approach
• Manage seasonal planting refreshes: spring (March–April) and autumn (September–October) are natural transition windows aligned with high-occupancy calendar
• Coordinate with hotel engineering on any irrigation or drainage issues affecting landscape zones

Requirements

• Hotel grounds or urban landscape management experience
• Indoor large-format plant care — business hotel lobby scale
• Coordination with hotel management and engineering departments
• Record keeping for chemical inputs and plant maintenance schedules
