Work environment
Large Riviera Maya resort, landscape team lead position. Direct responsibility for grounds presentation in a property with high occupancy levels and significant garden investment.
About the role
Senior landscape roles in the Riviera Maya are earned through knowing the environment — which plants survive hurricane season, which soil amendments work in the Yucatán karst substrate, how to recover a damaged tropical bed in the week before high season opens. That knowledge makes an experienced Riviera Maya landscaper genuinely difficult to replace.
