Senior Landscape & Garden Coordinator — Boutique Hotel Group

Responsibilities

• Coordinate garden and landscape maintenance across a collection of 2–3 boutique properties in San Miguel de Allende
• Plan and implement annual garden renewal programs: rose replanting cycles, tree maintenance, major structural garden changes during low-occupancy months
• Source specialty plants from San Miguel nurseries and from specialist rose and perennial suppliers: SMA has an active horticultural community with access to heritage rose varieties, unusual perennials, and rare bulbs
• Manage events calendar and pre-event landscape preparation across all properties
• Brief and coordinate small gardening team on seasonal tasks; quality control across properties
• Develop and maintain garden photography documentation: seasonal bloom records, before/after planting project records — useful for property marketing

Requirements

• 4+ years formal garden or hotel garden management experience
• Rose, perennial, and temperate plant specialist knowledge
• Multi-property coordination and team management
• Garden documentation and photography for marketing use
