Work environment
Eco-luxury hotel in Tulum's beach zone. Natural-style garden management in a property where ecological authenticity, sustainability, and native plant use are brand values, not add-ons.
About the role
Garden work in Tulum's eco-luxury properties is closer to ecological stewardship than conventional landscaping. The gardener who learns to propagate a chit palm from seed, who knows which pest control approach won't reach the cenote 30 meters away, and who can trim a tropical composition to look like a natural clearing rather than a manicured bed — is developing a knowledge base that is specific to this coastline and increasingly valued as the Tulum hotel market grows.
