Work environment

Villa estate and boutique resort group in Los Cabos' most exclusive zones. Senior landscape management where the client relationship extends to ownership level and the plant assets under management are high-value design investments.

About the role

A specimen blue agave installed as a central feature in a Los Cabos villa garden costs more than many months' salary. The grounds supervisor who manages that specimen — who knows its water requirements to the milliliter, who catches the scale insect infestation before it becomes visible, who has it looking its absolute best when the owner flies in for the winter season — is managing an asset, not just tending a plant. That shift in perspective from gardener to asset manager is what senior grounds supervision in Los Cabos requires.
