Responsibilities

  • Supervise grounds and landscape maintenance across 2–4 hotel properties in different CDMX neighborhoods: coordinate team scheduling, property rotations, and quality standards across varied property types

Work environment

Multi-property hotel group grounds management in CDMX. Senior operational role coordinating landscape teams across the city's varied hotel property types, with post-seismic protocol responsibility and indoor plant management included.

About the role

Managing hotel landscape teams across CDMX's Polanco, Condesa, and Centro Histórico means working in three completely different urban landscapes on the same day. The Polanco business hotel lobby planter in the morning, the colonial courtyard in the afternoon, the rooftop terrace in Condesa before the team disperses — and then the earthquake hits at 3pm and the supervisor has to coordinate the damage assessment across all three properties before the end of shift. CDMX grounds supervision requires the operational flexibility that only the city itself can teach.
