Work environment
Luxury resort with private substation and full high-voltage infrastructure. Technical senior role requiring genuine high-voltage competency.
About the role
Very few hotel electricians work at the substation level. The senior electrician who can walk into a transformer room, read the protection relay data, and understand what happened to cause a fault — then coordinate the repair without taking the whole resort dark — is operating at a technical level that justifies senior compensation and earns permanent employment at any property in the region.
